Create as many Survey/Poll/Quiz/Review/Slide as you need.

Create an Anonymous Survey/Poll/Quiz/Review/Slide by using Survey/Poll/Quiz/Review/Slide type as Anonymous. The Survey/Poll/Quiz/Review/Slide user can take the Survey/Poll/Quiz/Review/Slide without providing any User Details.

Create an Open Survey/Poll/Quiz/Review by using Survey/Poll/Quiz/Review type as Open. You have the option to get the User details like Name/Email/Phone/Address while the User takes the Survey/Poll/Quiz/Review.

Create Closed Survey/Poll/Quiz/Review/Slide by which the Survey/Poll/Quiz/Review/Slide can be taken only by the list of users invited by you and who are available in "My Users".

Create a Time Bound Survey/Poll/Quiz by using the Survey/Poll/Quiz Start and End Date Time. The Survey/Poll/Quiz will be Open during this Time frame only. Beyond this Time frame the Survey/Poll/Quiz can't be taken by the Users. This will allow you to target the Survey/Poll/Quiz at the right time.

Create a Maximum Response Bound Survey/Poll/Quiz/Review by using the Survey/Poll/Quiz/Review Maximum Response Limit number. Maximum responses for the Survey/Poll/Quiz/Review will be controlled by this limit. Beyond this Response Limit the Survey/Poll/Quiz/Review can't be taken by the Users. This will allow you to Set the Target responses for the Survey/Poll/Quiz/Review.

Create Password protected Survey/Poll/Quiz/Slide as per your need. Survey/Poll/Quiz/Slide user need to enter the password to take the Survey/Poll/Quiz..

Create as many Thank you pages as you want and apply Scoring logic to display the appropriate Thank you page based on Survey/Quiz User response.This will help you set different Thank you page based on User response for your Survey/Quiz
